We’re lite on price and easy to access, easy to communicate with, and easy to order meals from. Our meals are also very easy to prepare!
Available to those aged over 65 (My Aged Care referral or Home Care Package) as well as 18 to 64 years (NDIS Plan). Our friendly staff can also request a referral from My Aged Care to get you started.

We offer free delivery 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday. Our volunteers perform a welfare check with each meal delivery, with social distancing and COVID-19 safe procedures followed by all staff and volunteers.
Online Grocery Shopping & Social Support
Our online grocery shopping program will take away the stress of getting your weekly shop. For a nominal fee, our team will order your grocery shopping and organise a volunteer to pick your order up and drop it at your home.
Community Restaurants are run each week* at Bateau Bay, Woy Woy, and West Gosford. These form an essential social outlet for many clients and include not only a hot meal, but also games and raffles. These are run following COVID-19 guidelines and regulations. * Currently not running due to COVID lockdown.
