Jackie is on the Board of SPELD NSW and currently holds a corporate role as an experienced Procurement Category Manager with Metcash focusing on risk and governance, stakeholder engagement, supplier relationship management, strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contact management.
Experience also includes having owned a printing company for over 17 years, a general manager role with a small company, and sales roles before moving into Procurement. This unusual blend of skills and experience will bring a wealth of governance, strategic business, and commercial competencies to One Direct Connect Limited.
Megan is a Human Resources executive with over 20 years experience in the retail, manufacturing, financial services, and Government sectors. She specialises in leading cultural transformations, strategic workforce planning, and supporting leaders to enable business success through their people.
She is passionate about working with leaders to deliver strategic and operational results that benefit their customers, employees, and communities. Alongside a contemporary approach to people and culture, Megan brings to the Board a collaborative mindset and a focus on continuous improvement. Megan has volunteered for local sporting groups over many years and believes in using her knowledge and skills to give back to her local community.
Stephanie is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She brings a wide breadth of experience in the Not for Profit field, having worked in the area for over 40 years, running Associations and organising conferences on their behalf. In recognition of this she was inducted into the Associations Forum Hall of Fame in 2019.
In her last role as CEO of the Australasian Sleep Association she served on the Board and a wide range of committees. She has a deep understanding of governance, strategic planning, regulation compliance, finance and managing stakeholder relationships.
Jordan is a CPA qualified accountant having a successful career spanning over the last 10 years predominantly in FMCG. His expertise in management accounting stems from several roles across supply chain, logistics and manufacturing. Jordan has well-honed analytical skills enabling him to be innovative in the way he approaches continuous improvement initiatives. Jordan has a passion for volunteering his time and energy into community activities one of which being “Sanitarium Weet-Bix Kids TRYathlons” for the last 7 years. Jordan joined our Board in 2018 and was elected Chair in 2020.
Stewart is an experienced leader with a global background in Channel Partner management, marketing and business development. As a DEI advocate he brings to the board expertise in finance, operations, technology, stakeholder management and strategic planning.
With a proven track record of success, Stewart has held various senior leadership roles, leading teams to achieve financial and operational performance. He has a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies to capitalise on them.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Advertising and is currently pursuing his MBA studies at RMIT.
