Board Chair & Non-Executive Director

Matt is an experienced financial services professional with a strong commitment to community service and purposeful leadership. With a career spanning customer service, operations, and corporate sales, he brings a people-centred approach and a passion for helping organisations grow, evolve and deliver meaningful impact.

Throughout his career, Matt has supported a wide range of organisations with their banking, finance and operational needs—from small community groups to large national companies. He has deep experience in risk management and compliance, and is known for his ability to lift performance, navigate complex challenges and lead teams through periods of change.

Matt proudly joined our Board in 2024 as a Non-Executive Director and Treasurer, and was elected Chair in 2025. He is deeply committed to strengthening our organisation’s long-term sustainability, enhancing governance and fostering a positive, connected culture for our volunteers, clients and community.

Jackie-Connor
Jackie Connor

Deputy Board Chair & Non-Executive Director

Jackie is on the Board of SPELD NSW and currently holds a corporate role as an experienced Procurement Category Manager with Metcash focusing on risk and governance, stakeholder engagement, supplier relationship management, strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contact management.

Experience also includes having owned a printing company for over 17 years, a general manager role with a small company, and sales roles before moving into Procurement. This unusual blend of skills and experience will bring a wealth of governance, strategic business, and commercial competencies to One Direct Connect Limited.

Stewart Lemalu

Non-Executive Director

Stewart has extensive experience in technology, digital innovation, and commercial leadership, bringing expertise in strategy, operations, partnerships, and organisational growth. He combines strong commercial acumen with governance skills and a proven ability to lead through complexity, shaping strategy and driving outcomes that balance efficiency, sustainability, and impact.

Stewart is known for calm, decisive leadership and building high-performing, inclusive teams. He is passionate about contributing to mission-driven organisations, sharing insights, and supporting long-term community impact. His experience also spans serving on advisory boards, including The Alternative Board, and acting as Public Officer for his local church.

Christine-Briggs
Christine Briggs

Non-Executive Director

Christine has had a rewarding corporate career of over 35 years in the forest and wood products industry, having held senior sales and marketing general management roles with several major timber manufacturing businesses, with average turnovers of $400 million p.a. Her executive leadership experience covers company change management, culture and brand alignment, team and people development, strategic planning and business development, stakeholder engagement, sales & marketing excellence, and supply chain development.

Christine became a resident of the NSW Central Coast back in 2020 and has since transitioned from a full-time executive career to her next phase of a small portfolio of director roles, along with a consulting business.

She has 12-years Director experience to date which has included directorships on four boards and board committee experience including Finance, Risk & Audit, HR & Nominations and Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement. She was the inaugural committee chair of ODC’s Governance & People committee established in late 2024.

She currently holds two other directorships – one with Responsible Wood, which is an Australian not-for-profit that sets globally recognised standards for managing forests sustainably and the other with Australian Forest & Wood Innovations, which is a national research institute supporting Australia’s forest & wood products industries.

Christine’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Business with a Marketing Major from University of Technology, Sydney and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Chris-Radvan
Chris Radvan

Non-Executive Director

Chris is an experienced HR leader and passionate advocate for creating positive workplace cultures. With a background in executive roles across healthcare, government and defence, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge in People & Culture, governance, strategy and risk management to the board of Meals on Wheels Central Coast. 

His focus is on fostering strong, inclusive teams and ensuring that organisations thrive through well-crafted workforce strategies. His pragmatic, people-centric and outcome-focused approach ensures organisations meet the needs of the workforce and the community they serve while maintaining good governance and ensuring a sustainable future. 

Chris also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Minimbah Disability Support Services. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Masters in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. 

Duncan Lucas Meals on Wheels Central Coast
Duncan Lucas

Non-Executive Director

Duncan Lucas is Executive Director, Road Safety Regulation at Transport for NSW, where he is responsible for the integrity of driver licences, vehicle registrations and the automated enforcement camera network across the state. Duncan brings extensive experience leading large regulatory, operational and corporate services functions across both commercial and government organisations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Management, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Chartered Accountant, and a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Duncan has previously served as Treasurer on the Board of UTS Child Care, overseeing governance across three centres. He joined the MOWCC Board drawn by the opportunity to contribute to an organisation delivering genuine wellbeing and community outcomes at scale, and has family based on the Central Coast.

Adj. A/Prof Jacqueline Dominish OAM

Non-Executive Director

Jacqueline Dominish is a senior executive leader and nationally recognised clinical workforce expert with a strong record of delivering impact at scale across Australia’s largest public health system. An occupational therapist by background, Jacqueline brings a deep understanding of functional independence, ageing well, disability and the practical supports that enable people to live safely and meaningfully in their own homes. Currently Director, Health Professional Workforce with the NSW Ministry of Health, she leads system-wide workforce strategy spanning medical, nursing and midwifery, allied health, paramedicine and Aboriginal health workforces, and has managed teams of up to 1,400 staff and budgets of up to $100 million. Awarded the Order of Australia Medal for services to health administration, Jacqueline is passionate about contributing her skills to Meals on Wheels Central Coast in support of dignity, independence and wellbeing for older people and vulnerable community members.

Sara Foster Meals on Wheels Central Coast
Sara Foster

Non-Executive Director

Sara Foster is an experienced CEO and senior executive with a strong background in organisational leadership, governance and transformation across the public, community and higher education sectors. She is currently Chief Executive Officer of the Central Coast Community Women’s Health Centre, where she leads the delivery of trauma-informed health, wellbeing and domestic, family and sexual violence support services. Sara has strengthened organisational capability, modernised governance, and secured significant government and philanthropic investment to expand services for women across the Central Coast. A committed advocate for women’s health, safety and equity, Sara works across government, health and community sectors to drive collaborative approaches to prevention and recovery from gender-based violence. She joined the MOWCC Board to contribute her expertise in strategy, policy and service design to an organisation she sees as delivering vital community outcomes at scale.
