You can pre-order your Fresh Meals using the form above, by downloading the order form here, or through the order form you receive from your volunteer. You can also call your local outlet to place an order over the phone.

After our pre-order period, Fresh Meals can be ordered the usual way — through our website, email, or by phone — alongside your regular frozen meals. Please note that Fresh Meals are delivered on Fridays only, so delivery days may differ from your frozen meal deliveries.

Place your Fresh Meals orders by 1 pm on Tuesdays for delivery that Friday. Please note that we do not deliver on public holidays or during Christmas and New Year.

Fresh Meals are delivered every Friday between 9am and 12pm by our friendly volunteers. There are no deliveries on public holidays and during Christmas and New Year.

Our Fresh Meals are made to order each week by our local provider, Activate Foods. Friday delivery ensures your meals are prepared fresh and ready to enjoy over the weekend or the following week.

Yes, you can order both Fresh and Frozen meals together. Fresh meals are delivered only on Fridays, so you can choose to have both delivered on Friday, or continue having your Frozen meals delivered on another day.
If you would like them delivered on separate days when ordering online, you will need to place two separate orders.

Keep your Fresh Meals in the refrigerator and enjoy by their use by date or within 6 days of delivery. If you’re not planning to eat them right away, some meals may be able suitable for freezing them for later but it is not recommended as it may impact the quality of the meal.

Some meals do not require heating. Meals requiring heating comes with simple heating instructions and can be reheated in a microwave — just follow the label for best results.

Meals on Wheels Central Coast is incredibly proud to launch this new initiative in partnership with Activate Foods. It’s the result of listening to our clients, who told us they wanted more fresh, ready-to-eat meal options alongside our popular frozen range.

Yes. Activate Foods make just about everything in house and anything they do buy in is gluten free. Their kitchen is entirely gluten free so there is no cross-contamination risk.

Activate Foods' chicken is RSPCA Approved, which means it meets strict animal welfare standards for care, handling, and housing. While it is not currently guaranteed to be free range, we work closely with our suppliers to ensure the chicken is responsibly and ethically sourced.

Activate Foods' beef and chicken are Halal certified. Please note that lamb is not Halal certified.
